How can you make some extra money from home?

Don't get me wrong I love being a stay at home mom. It has it's perks, but making cash is not one of them. I've struggled for years trying to make some spare money while watching my son full-time. I've tried babysitting, selling on ebay, and searching Craigslist ads for gigs. I tried everything uh. It's frustrating. Craigslist was the biggest waste of time and a little sketchy. Baby sitting isn't very reliable either. I've always read that there are real ways to make money online, but I was skeptical. I'm not great with computers or very crafty. So I thought what could I actually do online. When I hear make money online anyways I think Scam. I'm big on couponing as well, and it was suggested by the Krazycouponlady (great site) that you can get paid to do surveys online. So I've decided to check it out and hope for the best. I'll be posting my experiences along the way. Hopefully we can all get rich :)


Can you really make money doing surveys?

Cashcrate is a GPT site. There are various ways to earn other than just doing surveys. Below I have provided a list on how earning works.

*Doing surveys (earn anywhere from 40 cents up to $1.00+)
*completing offers (signing up for newsletters, free samples, downloading games, ect)

*referring friends, family, or pretty much anyone (Earn up to 30% of what referrals make)
*monthly checks if you make the minimum $20 payout (which I made in 3 days)
*The opportunity to make as much as you can, thier is no cutoff (seen others make as much as a thousand a month, CRAZY)

I mean you really do have the opportunity to rack up some easy cash. If you put even a little effort into it then you will make some good mone. I've been messing around on the site for about 3 weeks. I'm now up to $138.96 and have a few more earning days until my check is processed and sent. This site is legit and have looked into it extensively. I definitely recommend this to other moms or anyone as a great way to earn some money online. When I get my first check I will make sure to post some pics on here.

A great thing about cashcrate is that your email does not get bombarded with spam. Unlike other sites they only send confirmations that an offer or survey has approved. First paycheck!

Not the best pic in the world but good enough. I just received my first check from cashcrate and I'm so pumped. I made $161 bucks in three weeks. It was pretty darn easy. I'm already up to $98 so far this month and I'm setting my goal at $300 for the month of July. This site has won me over :)

I had no problems depositing my check into my bank account either. I'm very happy that I tried cashcrate.  It's nice to have a few bucks to myself. I've been getting a decent amount of referrals lately and that has helped my earnings.   

How to get referrals?

Currently I am up to 706 referrals. I made that many within 5 weeks. Seems crazy impossible right. It was surprisingly easy and honestly wasn't that much work. Here are a list of the ways I have  advertised for cashcrate.

* Creating a blog and posting a banner.

* Facebook friends

* Commenting on other similar blogs

* Posting flyers around town with my referral code. I posted them at laundromats, grocery        stores, some restaurants will let you, and the library.

* Placing an ad in the paper (I have not tried this one yet, but many have recommended it).

If I can acquire that many referrals then anyone can! I'm not a social butterfly with a thousand facebook friends. I just did some promoting and bam. I usually spent around half an hour a day promoting, and I usually try to do a survey or offer everyday.  The money really starts to add up you just have to stick with it.

Payment methods

Most survey sites only offer checks as payment. With cashcrate you get options that allow you to receive your money faster. I hate waiting for snail mail. Paypal charges a fee to receive transactions. That's why I signed up for Dwolla. It is similar to Paypal and easy to sign up. They only charge a $0.25 for transactions over $10. Cashcrate does not take out any transaction fees on their end!

Today is August 2nd. My payment was processed last night and it was sent to my Dwolla account today. I  transfered it to my bank account an it will be depositd Monday the 4th. There was only a .25 cent fee from Dwolla. Okay, I am insanely happy and impressed. The paper check last month took 10 days to get which was still nice, but getting my money after four days is cool. It would actually be sooner if it wasn't the weekend and all.

Here is a pic of the money in my Dwolla account from Cashcrate. I was aiming for $300 but things slowed around the 4th during the holiday. Guess people were vacationing. With all the nice weather you can't blame anyone.

 It's August 13, last night I hit 500 active referrals. Which means I qualify for direct deposit and weekly payments if I choose so. On cashcrate you really do get rewarded for your hard work. These are some pretty awesome perks.

PAID EARLY

It only took me 3 months to hit 500 referrals. For doing so you recieve the perk of getting paid everytime you hit $100 dollars. It was a little slow this month I was not on as much as usual but I still managed to get paid earlier. I also got to sign up for direct depost. It took only 2 days to get the money deposited in my bank account as well.
